• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

• If the package has been opened, a $15 repackaging fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Returns must include all original components and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Items that are damaged, used, or missing components not due to our error.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within [3-5] business days.

• The $15 repackaging fee will be deducted if the package was opened.
